The PhD Program in Energy Systems Engineering consists of seven courses, a seminar, a qualification examination, and a thesis.
Courses: Four compulsory courses and three elective courses based on the student’s specialization.
Seminar: Students conduct in-depth research on their thesis topics and present their findings.
Qualification Exam: Students become eligible to take the exam after completing their coursework with a minimum GPA of 3.00.
Thesis Work: The doctoral thesis can be defended after publishing at least one article in a journal indexed in SCI or SCI-Expanded.
