Bu i\u015flem genellikle CNC torna tezg\u00e2h\u0131 veya torna merkezi \u00fczerinde ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilir ve ah\u015fap, metal ya da plastik gibi farkl\u0131 malzemeler \u00fczerinde uygulanabilir. \u0130\u015f par\u00e7as\u0131n\u0131n d\u00f6nmesi ve kesici tak\u0131m\u0131n kontroll\u00fc ilerlemesiyle, istenen geometri y\u00fcksek tekrarlanabilirlikle elde edilir. CNC Freze Tezg\u00e2h\u0131<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>CNC frezeleme, nihai tasar\u0131m geometrisini elde etmek amac\u0131yla i\u015f par\u00e7as\u0131ndan malzeme kald\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131na dayanan bir \u00fcretim y\u00f6ntemidir. Bu s\u00fcre\u00e7te torna tezg\u00e2h\u0131, i\u015f par\u00e7as\u0131, ba\u011flama\/ta\u015f\u0131ma d\u00fczenekleri ve kesici tak\u0131mlar birlikte kullan\u0131l\u0131r. Bu makineler; havaland\u0131rma sistem par\u00e7alar\u0131, \u00e7e\u015fitli mekanik bile\u015fenler ve farkl\u0131 end\u00fcstriyel \u00fcr\u00fcnler i\u00e7in par\u00e7a \u00fcretiminde kullan\u0131labilecek geni\u015f bir uygulama alan\u0131na sahiptir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>5. Plazma Kesim Makinesi<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Plazma kesim, elektriksel olarak iletken malzemelerin y\u00fcksek s\u0131cakl\u0131kl\u0131 plazma jetinin h\u0131zland\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131yla kesilmesine dayanan bir y\u00f6ntemdir. \u00c7elik, paslanmaz \u00e7elik, al\u00fcminyum, pirin\u00e7 ve bak\u0131r gibi bir\u00e7ok iletken metalin kesiminde kullan\u0131labilir. Y\u00fcksek h\u0131z ve hassasiyet ile g\u00f6rece d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck maliyetin birle\u015fmesi nedeniyle, b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00f6l\u00e7ekli CNC end\u00fcstriyel uygulamalardan k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck \u00f6l\u00e7ekli at\u00f6lyelere kadar geni\u015f bir kullan\u0131m alan\u0131na sahiptir.
