Enstr\u00fcmantal Analiz Laboratuvar\u0131, farkl\u0131 bile\u015fiklerin karakterizasyonuna y\u00f6nelik \u00e7e\u015fitli ileri analiz cihazlar\u0131n\u0131 b\u00fcnyesinde bar\u0131nd\u0131rmaktad\u0131r. X-\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131 Floresans (XRF) Spektrometresi, \u00f6rneklerin Berilyum\u2019dan Uranyum\u2019a kadar uzanan aral\u0131ktaki elementel bile\u015fimini analiz edebilmekte ve yar\u0131 nicel \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcm sa\u011flayabilmektedir. X-\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131 k\u0131r\u0131n\u0131m\u0131 (XRD), kat\u0131 \u00f6rneklerde kristal yap\u0131lar\u0131n tan\u0131mlanmas\u0131nda kullan\u0131lmaktad\u0131r. Taramal\u0131 Elektron Mikroskobu (SEM) tekni\u011fi ise malzeme y\u00fczeyinin elektronlarla bombard\u0131man\u0131na dayal\u0131 olup, \u00f6rneklerin 300.000 kata kadar b\u00fcy\u00fct\u00fclmesine olanak vererek karakteristik g\u00f6r\u00fcnt\u00fclerin elde edilmesini ve yar\u0131 nicel \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcm yap\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flar. Par\u00e7ac\u0131k Boyutu Analiz\u00f6r\u00fc, kat\u0131 ve s\u0131v\u0131 kar\u0131\u015f\u0131mlarda par\u00e7ac\u0131klar\u0131n 0,02\u20132000 \u00b5m aral\u0131\u011f\u0131ndaki boyut da\u011f\u0131l\u0131m\u0131n\u0131n belirlenmesinde kullan\u0131lmaktad\u0131r.
