Kromatografi Laboratuvar\u0131\u2019nda \u00fc\u00e7 ana kromatografik cihaz bulunmaktad\u0131r: \u0130yon Kromatografisi (iletkenlik dedekt\u00f6r\u00fc ile) ba\u015fl\u0131ca katyonlar\u0131n (Sodyum Na\u207a, Potasyum K\u207a, Kalsiyum Ca\u00b2\u207a ve Magnezyum Mg\u00b2\u207a) ve anyonlar\u0131n (Klor\u00fcr Cl\u207b, Nitrat NO\u2083\u207b ve S\u00fclfat SO\u2084\u00b2\u207b) tayininde; Gaz Kromatografisi (k\u00fctle spektrometresi, elektron yakalama dedekt\u00f6r\u00fc ve alev iyonla\u015fma dedekt\u00f6r\u00fc ile) u\u00e7ucu organik molek\u00fcller ile gaz bile\u015fiklerinin belirlenmesinde; S\u0131v\u0131 Kromatografisi ise (ultraviyole ve k\u0131r\u0131lma indisi dedekt\u00f6rleri ile) farkl\u0131 matrikslerde bulunan polar\/apolar, u\u00e7ucu olmayan organik molek\u00fcllerin analizinde kullan\u0131lmaktad\u0131r.
