Mechanical Engineering Department
The Department of Mechanical Engineering commenced its educational activities in the Fall semester of the 2014-2015 Academic Year with the approval of the Turkish Higher Education Council (YÖK). Mechanical Engineering is a broad and interdisciplinary field that covers heat energy, manufacturing technologies, industrial machinery, heating and cooling systems, automotive, aerospace, energy conversion systems, biotechnology, and sustainable engineering applications.
Our department offers students opportunities to:

The Department of Mechanical Engineering also includes Industrial Engineering, Energy Systems Engineering and Petroleum and Natural Gas Engineering Programs. The annual career days organized by our university assist students in discovering their interests and making informed career decisions.
